One of my favorite recent transactions was helping a couple who had been renting a small apartment for years finally purchase their first home in Waseca. Seeing the excitement on closing day reminded me why I love this business — it’s not just about the sale, it’s about helping people reach a major life goal and making the experience feel easy and rewarding.
After graduating college with a degree in Marketing, I knew I wanted a career that involved helping people and building relationships — something in customer service where I could make a difference. My father had been in real estate for several years, and I saw how much he enjoyed guiding clients through one of the biggest decisions in their lives. I decided to join him, and I quickly realized how rewarding this profession can be. What started as a leap of faith turned into a true passion. Real estate allows me to combine my marketing background, customer service mindset, and local knowledge to help people confidently reach their goals.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Southwest Minnesota State University, which gives me a strong foundation in market analysis, advertising, and communication — all key parts of successful real estate. I’ve also gained hands-on experience through RE/MAX Advantage Plus, one of Minnesota’s top brokerages, where I continue to learn from industry leaders and stay up to date on the latest tools and trends. This combination of education, training, and local experience allows me to market homes effectively, negotiate with confidence, and guide my clients through each step with clarity and ease.
