Jonathan did a great job helping us from start to finish selling the house. He was available day or night to answer all the questions and made each one seem as important as the last! The back office was fabulous and just as available to help too! They picked up when we called. They were dealing with first time sellers so lots of questions! Once on the market, they were able to get it sold over a weekend. All the offers were explained in details. Best experience! We will definitely be using this team again when selling or buying a house! AND most important, Service is a priority for this team which was demonstrated throughout the process of selling. We thought it would be a much more stressful but this team relieved our stress every time! An example of stress relief, Jonathan came over to calm me down as I wanted everything stage correctly prior to pictures. He came right over (not video call) and took away my concerns. This is going above and beyond the scope of a real estate agent! And prior to closing he made sure all the documents were in the right hands as we were dealing with a trust and closing only took 30 minutes since it was done right the first time! GREAT JOB THE BATTY TEAM!
