I grew up in Owingsville, KY and graduated from Bath County High School in 1979. I attended Transylvania University and received a BA in Business Adminstartion in 1983. I earned my MBA from Morehead State University in 1984. I taught in the real estate department at Morehead State University for seven years in the 1990's and I have experience performing appraisals.
