The first person who looked at our house pre-market put a contract on it, thanks to a member of Daves Team - Amber Rollins. Eight days before closing the buyers had a financial situation and had to cancel out. My closing date on our new home was set for April 10,2020. Dave immediately put the house on the market. On March 13 we had 13 people look at our home and received 4 contracts. We chose 1 and closed on March 27, 14 days before our closing date.
