It was time to sell our family home and wanted someone who was knowledgeable of our area and who was highly qualified. My mother had used Dave Savercool back in 2006 and at that time was very pleased with him. We had no reservations about using him again. Dave was easy to work with and understood our needs. I never hesitated to pick up the phone and ask him questions and he always returned calls and provided guidance - ultimately leaving the final decision to me. He gave me good solid ideas and advice. Dave was able to help us get the house ready by providing names of contractors that had good reputations. The house we built 58yrs ago was brought up to date quickly and turned out stunning. Without Dave's unwavering guidance and know how, I don't believe we could have ever gotten top dollar! Our home sold in less than a week. I enjoyed working with him and without hesitation would use him 10 times over!

I worked with Dave to both sell my house and buy a new one. I have nothing but great things to say about Dave.
