Dave Ruwe

A native of Cincinnati, Ohio, Dave relocated his family to the west Michigan lakeshore over 23 years ago. Dave has been a full time real estate agent for 20 years and a real estate broker and brokerage owner for 13 years, specializing in single family homes, water & lakefront properties, golf course communities, new construction, land, condos, and townhomes. Dave is extremely knowledgeable in the lakeshore area real estate, working with many relocation buyers moving to Holland, Grand Haven, Spring Lake, Muskegon and the surrounding areas. He has a strong reputation of professionalism and integrity and provides a high level of personal attention and customer service. Having a strong belief in serving his community, Dave has served as a campaign chair for the United Way, on the board of Big Brothers Big Sisters, as an Ambassador for the Chamber - Grand Haven, Spring Lake, Ferrysburg, and as well as past President for Mosiac Counseling. Dave helps run a non-profit (Homeless Prevention Partners) along the Lakeshore to help prevent homelessness. Along with his community service, Dave was involved with the West Michigan Lakeshore Area Realtors (WMLAR), serving as chair of the MLS board, on the finance committee, on the grievance committee and as a trainer for new real estate agents during their orientation.
