He told me what the comps were and had even shown me pictures of other homes in the area, both updated and not. He proceeded to suggest what I should list mine for and was very honest about it. He even asked how I was feeling about selling my home. The other realtors that came in prior to Dave, never gave that a thought or talked comps. They just mentioned the listing price. Whether youre ready to sell your home or not, there are still emotions involved in the process. Dave took that into consideration.
