Dave has been so wonderful to work with for the last three years. In 2021, Dave guided us through the process of buying our first home. Dave is a God send! Dave took his time walking through my home, assessing everything. Upon his completion, he very frankly suggested we talk numbers. He told me what the comps were and had even shown me pictures of other homes in the area, both updated and not. He proceeded to suggest what I should list mine for and was very honest about it. He even asked how I was feeling about selling my home. The other realtors that came in prior to Dave, never gave that a thought or talked comps. They just mentioned the listing price. Whether youre ready to sell your home or not, there are still emotions involved in the process. Dave took that into consideration. He is empathetic and very savvy about real estate which I feel, led to a successful listing and selling journey. My home sold quickly, because Dave knew how to get it done! He even checked in with me from contract to close to explain what was happening and asked if I had any questions or needed assistance during my move. I will be using him again in the future.
