I was very impressed with Dave Knight when I interviewed him as a sellers agent but due to a disagreement with my Ex partner I was unable to use Dave Knight Real Estate Team to sell my home, but even though we used a different team to sell Dave was willing to answer questions and guide me in decisions along the way. At one point I needed a small hard money loan to do some home repairs before photos and I was unable to get a loan due to a short timeline and current employment.
