He is a good listener and was patient with us throughout the process. Dave is laid back and we never felt pressured or like he was trying to influence us one way or the other. We ended up deciding to build a home, and Dave was there to make sure that we got every incentive that the builder was offering. He knows what is available and keeps on top of developments in the local market. Last but not least, Dave is a genuinely nice, extremely trustworthy guy. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone who needs a reputable real estate agent.
