Dave stick with us for two years after we initially thought about selling our home. We had to put it off until this year but he would check in periodically to see how we were doing. It was nice to develop a relationship with he and his son Travis so it was like a good friend was selling our home instead of a stranger just looking at the bottom line. We had multiple offers on our home as expected and Dave helped us make a good business based decision vs. an emotional one, which is a tough situation to be in for sure. Everything went smoothly and we couldnt be happier. We highly recommend Dave and plus, he gives you wonderful homemade jam!!
