A Bay Area native, Dave began his career on a custom home crew in Lake Tahoe. An entrepreneur at heart, he studied business at night and launched his first design-build firm in 1997, providing high-end contracting services in San Francisco's most prestigious neighborhoods. Five years later, Dave founded a Las Vegas company to take advantage of that city's construction boom. Backed by his firsthand experience investing in and flipping properties, Dave excels at delivering full-service advice on everything from site selection and floor plans to materials choices. He makes sure clients are completely supported and at ease with their decisions, answering every question and concern with an unwavering focus on each client's bottom-line. A Truckee resident since 2013, Dave can be found enjoying Tahoe's tremendous outdoor lifestyle with his wife, daughter and family dogs.
