I recently listed my house in Manhattan Beach with Dave. From the beginning he very accurately (as it turned out) assesed the house in relation to the market conditions and developed a strategy to maxinmize the value of the house. We then worked together for a couple of weeks along with his various service providers to improve the appearance and therefore the value of the house. Dave was always available and helpful when needed. When the house was looking beautiful and was ready to market, Dave quickly pulled together a number of interested agents and potential buyers and succeeded in creating a multiple bid situation where the house was sold within 2 weeks for well above asking price, and probably above market price. I really enjoyed working with Dave and his team and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a smart, positive, resourceful, and easy to get along with Real Estate partner.

Daves experience and knowledge of the market in Manhattan Beach and surrounding areas is unparalleled. I cant speak highly enough about my experience with Dave. His responsiveness, advice, sincerity and professionalism all exceeded my expectations. Additionally, his market knowledge left nothing to be desired. He first spent the time to understand what worked well for our family with respect to location, price, and layout. He then identified the perfect opportunity for us that touched on all of our parameters and deftly guided us through the negotiation process. I never felt that he was unresponsive and was very impressed with the rapport he had and developed with the sellers representative to make sure the end result was a collaborative effort by all parties.
