Dave Carlson

A long time associate broker with Kidd & Leavy and life-long resident of Northern Michigan, Dave brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his real estate services. Dave loves Northern Michigan, and he daily demonstrates his passion for the area and for helping people by putting his clients first. As an old US Marine, and former downtown Petoskey business owner, and active member of several community organizations, Dave knows the market, the people in the area, and what it takes to get the job done.
