This man never cease to amaze us as a Realtor, as a human being and professional and friend! We had a very disturbing issue that arised with an error made on our deed after the purchase of our Dads Home. This error was overwhelmingly difficult for us to fix because we didnt know where to began being unfamiliar with real estate processes. The only one we knew and trusted to help us make since of it all was the one who was with my Dad every step of the buying process last year! Davarus bell made every step simple for my dad, so with this complexed issue that we found out about after the purchase it was only fitting to call on Davarus Bell for understanding of what need to be done. Not only did he give us guidance in this situation, but he took the problem and began to make calls and ask for professional favors to fix the issue! Davarus was amazing from him listening to our concerns, making necessary calls, acquiring legal advice and ultimately resolving our deed issue all in 3 days! This was NEVER his issue nor was he involved with the error that was made but he took it amount himself to fix it because of who he is and because of his loyalty, kindness and professionalism. This day and time loyalty, compassion is very rare but thank God when we made Davarus Bell our Realtor some years ago, he never stopped being that rare person that we can always count on to have our best interest at heart.
