We just fell in love with this house. He did make an effort to drive for almost an hour accommodating our time and spending his time to show us the house with no hesitation. He is a very polite responsible nice person and very persistent negotiator. He was always assuring me that he would find what I'm looking for. At the time of negotiations he really make sure to accommodate our financial availability. We got very comfortable dealing with him and his group until the end. They always answer any questions or concerns we had promptly. Daryl really understood what I want in a house and make it happen.I recommend him with confidence and peace of mind.
