Daryl was the listing agent for a home we recently purchased. We had contacted another agent to view his listing and fell in love with the property. The sale was very complicated and he had to do a lot of work to complete the transaction since he was the local agent. We were able to close on this house in just over a month due to his dedication and diligence. We live 4 hours away, so Daryl did all the work. He made many arrangements to continually meet with all parties including sellers, banker, contactors etc. He was invaluable and we would not have our house today without him. I have purchased two properties listed by Darryl, one about 10 years ago, the other 2 years ago. Both of the purchases were handled seamlessly and I was pleased by the professionalism of the process. He listened closely to my needs, and did not try to put me in a property that didn't "fit" just in order to make a sale. He never pressured me to make an offer, and did whatever research I asked for relating to the purchases, promptly and thoroughly. Since I live an hour away from these properties, I depended on his follow through and integrity much more than a typical transaction, and was never disappointed.
