About Darren Tietsworth

I have a unique combination of 30 years of corporate IT sales experience combined with nearly 20 years of real estate investing/development and 10 years of small business ownership experience. Throughout my entire career, I have always always offered clients a white-glove level of service which is the main reason I have so many satisfied clients and industry contacts which I'd be happy to offer as references. We are life-long residents of Union County (Westfield, Cranford & Mountainside). In addition, we are lovers of the Jersey Shore and can often be spotted up and down the Barnegat Barrier Island. In addition to helping clients buy and sell primary and vacation homes, I also love discussing real estate investing with clients as a way to diversify wealth and generate passive income. I am active in the real estate markets of Union, Morris, Somerset, Ocean and Monmouth Counties. Accordingly, I am a member of both the Garden State MLS and Monmouth-Ocean MLS. I'm proud to be "All Jersey" having lived in the State my entire life and even attending a NJ college, earning both Bachelor's And Master's Degrees from Rider University in Lawrenceville. In addition to my work as a Realtor, I have also served on multiple Boards and I am currently serving as Vice President on a condo Homeowners Association. This experience has helped me develop some unique insights to community living which I gladly pass along to clients. Following a my passion towards helping others, I recently joined Ocean County College as a part-time adjunct professor of Computer Science and Business. When not spending time with my family or assisting clients, Darren enjoys golf, reading, listening to 1940's music, restoring pinball machines and vintage arcade games and walking the family's adopted Jack Russell Terrier mix - Kingston - who was rescued in 2014 from a shelter in Alabama.

Darren is an example of a rare professional who goes above and beyond what is expected of him in his role as the Buyer's (or Seller's) Agent. He is a sharp realtor with a wealth of experience which translates into a major advantage for his client.
