We purchased a remodeled home from Darren who flipped the home. We did hire an Inspector but he missed some things. Turns out Darren cut numerous corners. From the furnace, HVAC, flooring, plumbing, and even drawers that wouldnt open bc the door frames were in the way. Finishing touches needed to be completed and he even stated the painters had to come back out to do touch up work. Darren promised to come back and fix the numerous unfinished projects, but could not before we closed, due to him being aEURoeout of townaEUR?. Out of courtesy I contacted Darren, letting him know that he left lots of tools and building material behind after closing. Darren showed up the next day to collect his belongings and promised to have things finished. Weeks later Darren refused to do anything else. This was our first home we purchased and unfortunately learned a valuable lesson. Darren never came out to fix the repairs he promised and we fought with him for months. We advised we were going to take him to civil court. He laughed at us and said we would never win that battle. Eventually gave up and agreed for him to cut us a check for 1,200 to do the repairs on our own so we could be done with Darren. Well the repairs have racked up to over thousands of dollars and we still arent finished. We will do the repairs and eventually sell this property. Darren made our first time buying a home a complete nightmare. If you see his name attached to any property run.

Ashley is the absolute best! We had inquired through Zillow to look at a home. Ashley reached out to us right away and set up a time to meet and look at that home the same day! Once we met her we decided to look at a few more homes and truly dive into our home buying journey. Ashley was very knowledgeable about the current market and listened to each little detail of what peaked our interests. We found the perfect home! Ashley did all the work needed and our offer was approved! Due to lender issues (no fault of hers at all) we had a tough time making it to the closing table but she was right there the whole time. Encouraging us and keeping the positivity alive when we wanted to give up. We closed on our dream home today all thanks to this lovely womans knowledge, experience, communication, and overall greatness. I highly recommend her for any and all real estate needs. If you're in the market to buy or sell or even just thinking about it, I can promise you Ashley is DEFINITELY the realtor you want to call! She is the only realtor that we found (and we talked to a few!) that will ALWAYS go above and beyond for you! She listens to absolutely EVERYTHING you say when you tell her about your wants and needs as well as your concerns! Not just that but she works almost literally around the clock for her clients when other realtors don't! Don't get me wrong Ashley will go to church Sunday morning however she's so devoted to her job and clients that she gets straight to work right after service is over! She will literally drive any and every where you want to go to look at what ever house you want to look at! This lady is absolutely AMAZING! She worked with us for 5 months straight! She hooked us up with an amazing lender and together they made the unthinkable happen once she helped us find our home! If we ever choose to sell our home and buy a different one we would never call any one else!
