Start with your finances...Know what you can afford first. Then do some research on choosing your agent...Your agent is going to be your biggest ally...Not all agents are the same...Find a knowledgeable local agent with experience. There are a lot of agents that have no clue what they are doing and can hinder your home buying process.

Find an agent you trust and listen to them...I am going on my 29th year working in Real Estate. People value my opinion and trust in me getting the job done for them. Listen to your agent...We know the market and buyers best.

I have worked with all aspects of customers from Tenants who are temporarily renting until they can position themselves to purchase, first time home buyers, buyers, sellers, investors, and family/friends who buy and sell.

My favorite transaction was a tenant who was renting from our Company. He and his wife along with their young son and dog worked very hard and long to get their credit and finances into a position that they were able to purchase a home...Not only did they get to purchase their home, they really wanted to buy the home they were living in and I was able to work a deal with the owner and get them in this home....Just very rewarding to see a young couple set goals and accomplish them with hard work and be there to see them through.

I was practically raised within the Real Estate Industry. My Father started in Real Estate in Palm Coast in 1980 and my Mother worked for ITT Development Corporation as the Overseas Coordinator. Even my two sisters were licensed agents for a period. “You could say I started working in Real Estate at the age of 12. Always being around the office or Model Homes with my dad and seeing contracts, closing statements and studying Real Estate Listings, it was inevitable that I one day too would become an agent”. I have been a licensed Florida Real Estate agent since August 1994 working along side my family.

Though the years our Company has had the benefit of transitioning between 3 different Franchise buyouts and along the way I was able to take advantage of the training provided by all of them. I was able to take away new ideas and learning experiences from all 3 franchises. We started out as Better Homes and Gardens which was then acquired by GMAC Real Estate who then was acquired by Real Living Real Estate which is our current Franchise....
