I called Darnell Aponte from where we live in the Panhandle of Florida to sell our condo in South Florida. I have bought and sold quite a few homes in my lifetime and know quite a bit about the process but I learned a lot from Darnell and could tell he had my best interests in mind. He never seemed rushed with me, was very down to earth, and was on top of things the whole time. He doesnt wait around when something needs to be done- he gets right on it. He kept me informed and although we did text back and forth a bit, I could always call him to talk, and he called me with important matters. Darnell is a great realtor and his team is top notch.
