Darlene Derosia

We are 6 full time Realtors working together at Smoky Mountain Real Estate Corp. in Gatlinburg, TN. We are a family based team with two additional members. Our team includes Darlene, Phil, Phillip, and Kim Derosia, as well as Phil Lamonte and Michaellien Ginter.

Darlene Derosia is our lead coordinator. She is the one that you usually come into 1st contact with!

Phil Derosia and Phil Lamonte work solely with buyers. The are both extremely hard workers that care very much for the interest of their clients.

Phillip Derosia, who is Darlene and Phil's son, specializes in listings and also works with our investors. He is very knowledgeable about the market, today's values, and all its changes.

Kim, who is Phillip's wife, does the advertising and marketing of our properties. She also does most of the administrative work for the team.

Michaellien is our closing agent. She is a very hard worker and is great at getting our deals closed.

The Derosia Team started in 2005 with the 4 family members.

We each have our own background and personalities but enjoy working with each other.
