The term "above & beyond" gets thrown around very loosely these, days, but Darlene went several levels past that. Not only did she respond to any & all texts, calls & emails almost instantly, day, night, or weekend, and take care of all the usual realtor duties, but this sale was one for the books... The seller didn't seem to want the deal to go through. Darlene got us past all the BS, offered guidance, and even came up with a few houses after we were under contract, in case the seller was successful in negating the deal somehow. Considering that after making our offer, we returned to our home state (800 miles away) and had to take care of the countless details and communications mostly through Darlene, she made the process as streamlined and efficient as possible. Prior to that, after showing us a few houses, Darlene quickly zeroed in on what exactly, we were seeking. In as tight a market as was the case, we found the house that "ticked all the boxes" (almost) in less than a week. We covered over 300 miles in her car during that week, as well as a similar distance in our own car. We owe Darlene big time for her services. We wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend Darlene's services to anyone looking for a home in the East Tennessee area. The sellers wanted I us to close in six weeks. We were able to do I in less. Darlene made sure the process was moving forward. The home appraised at a much lower value than we ha originally offered. She was able to negotiate a price that was agreeable to all parties. We're living in our new home and couldn't be happier.
