Whenever I was going g thru a dissolution, pregnancy and working 3rd shift more than 40 hours, they definitely worked beyond their needs to help me be placed into my home before the baby was due (2 months prior to baby due date!)I keep in contact with Dara, she's an amazing lady! My husband and I plan to buy more land in the near future and she's definitely who we will go thru again!She was referred to me by my ex brother inlaw, he loved them! Then I also referred her to a friend and she loved her and believe she used them 2 or 3 times now.

Thad and Dara Barker were amazing to work with. They guided us through the process of selling our home and finding our next home with a strategic plan to put us in the best position to sell and buy. Dara advised us on how to best prepare for listing our home, connected us with great professionals for a few needed repairs, and guided us as we sifted through 13 competitive offers. After we signed the contract for the sale of our home, she went to work finding us the perfect home for our family. She helped provide perspective as we navigated the competitive market and lost out on several homes we liked. When the home we ended up buying became available, we were out of town on vacation, so Thad facetimed us for the showing. He highlighted the pros and cons of the property. Our offer was accepted within a few hours after the virtual showing! Thad and Dara were so easy to work with. They were always professional, took an interest in our kids (even gave them goodie bags at closing), and have stayed in touch with us over the years to maintain the relationship.I highly recommend the Barker Team! You won't be disappointed!
