The home was very original/dated so we had to decide if we should sell the property AS-IS, or make improvements before selling. The thought of a remodel was very daunting for us, but Danny and his Team presented what the costs to remodel would run at a detailed level, and the value differential if we sold AS-IS vs the post improvement value. Not only was the net proceeds of the post improved value compelling, but so to was the fact that Justin DeCaro on Dannys Team is a licensed general contractor, so they handled the entire remodel process from obtaining bids, to selecting finishes and design decisions, managing the sub contractors and ensured that our project was completed ahead of schedule, on budget and in a high quality manner. Danny and his Team recently helped us sell my parents home. When finished the home was unrecognizable was what we started with. But before putting the house on the market, we had questions regarding what improvements we could/should make to the house in order to maximize the sale value of the home. Danny and Justin advised us on what upgrades would yield the greatest return when selling, including some really good suggestions to increase the bedroom count and better utilize the space in the home. They also assisted us with getting bids for all recommended work, and then helped us manage the approved projects to completion. The service providers they helped bring in were reliable, timely, reasonably priced and they did good work. Fast forward to the selling process, we were impressed with the marketing of our home, from the professional photos and agent guided video tour. to the virtual staging and 3D tour they created for the house, all of which seemed to generate a lot of qualified interest in the property in a relatively short period of time. In the end, we sold for a strong value and in a relatively short period of time. Danny and his Teams communications throughout the process were fast, helpful and consistent and they helped make the process very smooth.
