Danny is a top-notch professional property expert. We made things difficult by buying a property that we had not visited and closed without seeing it in person. Danny did a video walkthrough pointing out various details we would not have noticed and helped us negotiate a good deal on the property. He made sure that the inspection was done well and assisted us in deciding which details needed to be cared for immediately. He helped us think through rental companies and offered us a list of interior designers, etc. He is a delight to work with. We plan to use his expertise again when we purchase another property in the area which means that highly recommend him.
