From start to finish, Kourtney with the Lavine Team made the experience as a first-time homebuyer such a breeze. I had a lot of questions during the process and Kourtney was patient and always available to give us knowledgable and thorough answers and follow through with anything we needed. Given that this can be a challenging time to purchase a home with the rising prices and interest rates, we were hopeful but also prepared to have to settle for something less than what we wanted. I really wasnt expecting that we would not only find but be able to purchase a home that exceeded the needs and wants for our family. With Kourtneys guidance and suggestions we were able to win the bid on our new home; she worked closely with our Lender and the Escrow company in order to help us close on our home within 30 days. Kourtney went above and beyond to research and answer any and all questions and concerns that we had. This husband, wife and daughter powerhouse trilogy are some of the hardest working, honest and professional people I have ever worked with in ANY industry. We had to move due to my husbands relocation for work and Danny and Karie made the process of selling our home easy and stress free even throwing in the additional piece of a company that was part of the relocation.
