From start to finish, Kourtney with the Lavine Team made the experience as a first-time homebuyer such a breeze. I had a lot of questions during the process and Kourtney was patient and always available to give us knowledgable and thorough answers and follow through with anything we needed. Given that this can be a challenging time to purchase a home with the rising prices and interest rates, we were hopeful but also prepared to have to settle for something less than what we wanted. I really wasnt expecting that we would not only find but be able to purchase a home that exceeded the needs and wants for our family. With Kourtneys guidance and suggestions we were able to win the bid on our new home; she worked closely with our Lender and the Escrow company in order to help us close on our home within 30 days. Kourtney went above and beyond to research and answer any and all questions and concerns that we had. Kourtneys communication with us and the teamwork that she established with everyone involved was a 10/10 and I cant say enough about how much I appreciated that and understand how instrumental that was in helping us close. I cannot recommend Kourtney and the Levine Team enough. Thank you for everything!

If ever there were a aEURoeDream TeamaEUR? in the real estate industry it is The Levine Team. This husband, wife and daughter powerhouse trilogy are some of the hardest working, honest and professional people I have ever worked with in ANY industry. Danny consistently went above and beyond on all tasks set forth. He was an advisor, an industry expert and most importantly he and his team consistently kept my husband and I informed and apprised of all the important milestones we needed to keep track of. Moving from out of state, Danny was our constant advocate and always ensured we knew of anything important - positive or negative- regarding our new home and the process in general. I would highly recommend Danny & the Levine team and will gladly refer them to any friends or family moving to the Palmdale/Lancaster area. We had to move due to my husbands relocation for work and Danny and Karie made the process of selling our home easy and stress free even throwing in the additional piece of a company that was part of the relocation. They came to use prepared with a lot of good information during their presentation and continued blow us away. They are organized, competent, responsive, highly knowledgeable and always available when we had a question. I would sell a million more houses with them.
