Tracy was FANTASTIC. My husband and I had the pleasure of working with her on and off for 3 years before buying a house with Grubb Reality. A couple of things stuck out to me about Tracy: her desire to listen to us, her desire to see our needs and her overwhelming commitment. I am a first-time home buyer with a crazy work schedule. Tracy would go above and beyond to meet me at times that worked for me. She would over-explain every step of the home-buying process to me. Little things like that were so important to me because I had worked with others who tried to sell me things I did not understand. We first started looking for a condo, but my gosh, the HOA fees scared me! After that, I told Tracy I wanted to find a small family home. She listened to me and considered everything I had said, and found amazing homes that were perfect for us. Fast forward... We found a home, I wanted family to see it, and AGAIN she went above and beyond to make sure my family and friends were able to stop and see it. More than anything, she went ABOVE and BEYOND to make me feel comfortable when deciding on my purchase. When the time came to sign on our home, she TRULY made me feel like a celebrity buying a multi-million dollar home (while I love my home, it's not that lol). She just made us feel really special throughout the whole process of buying a home. If you read this review and you are looking for someone to help you with a purchase, someone who CARES and values the people she represents, Tracy is the person for you. I am forever grateful that she was a part of this big step in my family's life.

Working with Nikolaus was the best! He always responded in a timely manner. I am super grateful to have found him because I could not have found anyone better to help me through my home buying process. Honestly he is a very professional person and he knows what hes doing and hes good at it! He helped me save money and always made sure whatever offer I was putting in on a home I was getting a great deal on it as well. He went above and beyond the times I wasnt in the area since I was moving from Los Angeles. He is an amazing Real estate Agent. I would even go as far as saying the best in town! I wish I could give him 10 stars because he was just that good! I would definitely recommend having him as your Real Estate Agent if you want the best most proficient person helping you buy your dream home.
