My husband and I were looking for our retirement home in Hattiesburg MS to be near our grandchildren. We are from the Mississippi Delta and had no knowledge of the area. When it came to negotiating with the sellers agent, Dannika was tenacious and patient while dealing with a realtor who was notorious for being hard to deal with. She really helped us negotiate the best price point. Dannika also had a great working relationship with the title company that closed our sale. After closing, Dannika continued to follow up with us making sure that every detail was met and to remind us of utilizing the home owners policy benefit of having a professional come and aEURoerekeyaEUR? our locks.
