FAQ
1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
If you are trying to buy a home, my biggest piece of advice is to slow down just enough to get clear before you act. Buying a home is exciting, but the best decisions are made when you understand your options and have a solid plan.
First, get pre approved with a trusted lender before you start touring homes. This is not just about knowing your budget. It strengthens your offer, helps you move quickly when the right home comes along, and prevents you from falling in love with a home that is not a good financial fit.
Next, focus on what truly matters to you, not just what you see online. Think about your lifestyle, commute, maintenance comfort level, and long term plans. The home that looks perfect online is not always the right home for real life.
It is also important to understand the full cost of homeownership, not just the monthly payment. Property taxes, insurance, utilities, maintenance, and future repairs all play a role in your overall budget.
Another key piece of advice is to work with a real estate professional who takes an educational and no pressure approach. You should feel informed and confident throughout the process, not rushed or pushed. The right guidance helps you understand the market, write a strong offer, and avoid costly mistakes.
Finally, remember that you do not have to get everything perfect to make a smart move. The goal is confidence and clarity in your decision, not perfection.
Buying a home is a big step, and with preparation and the right support, it can be a very positive experience.
2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
If you are thinking about selling your home, my biggest piece of advice is to focus on preparation and clarity before you list. Selling a home is not just about putting a sign in the yard. The right strategy starts with understanding your goals, timing, and options.
First, get a clear picture of your home’s value in today’s market. Online estimates can be helpful, but they do not always tell the full story. A proper pricing strategy takes into account condition, location, recent sales, and current buyer demand. Pricing correctly from the start is one of the most important factors in a successful sale.
Next, think about presentation. You do not need to do major renovations, but simple improvements can make a big difference. Decluttering, deep cleaning, and minor cosmetic updates help buyers see the home’s potential and often lead to stronger offers.
It is also important to understand the full selling process before you begin. From showings and negotiations to inspections and closing timelines, knowing what to expect helps reduce stress and avoid surprises.
Another key piece of advice is to work with a real estate professional who takes an educational and no pressure approach. You should feel informed and confident in every decision, not rushed or pushed. The right guidance helps you navigate the market, protect your bottom line, and choose the option that best fits your situation.
Finally, remember that selling a home is both a financial and emotional decision. The goal is not just to sell quickly, but to sell with confidence and peace of mind, knowing you made the right choice for your next chapter.
With preparation, clear communication, and the right support, selling your home can be a smooth and rewarding experience.
3. What types of clients have you worked with?
Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide range of buyers and sellers across Southwest Ohio. My experience includes first time home buyers, move up buyers, long time homeowners, downsizers, seniors, and families navigating major life transitions.
I also work closely with Veterans, active duty service members, and military families, helping them understand VA loans and the unique considerations that come with military related moves.
On the seller side, I have helped homeowners selling for many reasons, including relocation, downsizing, estate sales, and those who simply want to understand their options before making a decision. Some clients are ready to sell right away, while others need time, education, and a clear plan before moving forward.
I have also worked with clients who were feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to start. My approach is always educational and no pressure, helping people feel confident in their decisions whether they choose to buy, sell, or wait.
No matter the situation, my goal is to provide clear guidance, honest advice, and a supportive experience so each client feels informed and confident throughout the process.
4. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
One recent transaction that truly stands out to me was selling a luxury home in Milford, Ohio. From the very beginning, this experience was about more than just real estate. It was about trust, communication, and building a genuine relationship.
The sellers had poured years of love and care into their home, and they wanted to be sure it was represented thoughtfully and marketed correctly. We spent time walking through their goals, their timeline, and what mattered most to them, so we could create a strategy that felt right and aligned with their expectations.
Throughout the process, communication was key. We stayed in close contact, talked through every step, and made decisions together. From pricing and marketing to negotiations and closing, the transaction went smoothly because everyone felt informed and supported.
What made this sale especially meaningful is that the clients truly became part of the family. By the time we reached the closing table, there was a real connection built on trust and shared respect. Those are the relationships I value most and the reason I love what I do.
Helping clients move into the next chapter of their lives while feeling confident and cared for is always the goal, and this transaction was a perfect example of that.
5. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I got started in real estate during a season of change in my life. When my husband was deployed, I found myself wanting to do something meaningful and challenging while also staying close to home. At the time, I was working in marketing for a small family business, and I realized I wanted to use my skills in a bigger way and help people through important moments in their lives.
Real estate stood out to me because it combined marketing, education, and service. Homes are not just properties. They are places where life happens, and I loved the idea of helping people make confident decisions around something that impactful.
I made the leap into real estate in 2008, bringing my background in marketing with me and pairing it with a relationship first approach. From the very beginning, my focus was on education, clear communication, and guiding clients through the process with honesty and care.
That foundation still shapes how I work today. Helping people feel informed, supported, and confident during one of the biggest decisions of their lives is what continues to drive my passion for real estate.
6. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Yes. I have specialized education and training that directly benefits my clients, especially when it comes to making confident and informed real estate decisions.
I am an Army Veteran and a Warrior Real Estate Professional, which means I have advanced training in working with Veterans, active duty service members, and military families. I understand VA loans, military timelines, and the unique challenges that can come with military related moves.
I also bring a strong background in marketing, which allows me to position homes strategically and effectively. This includes pricing analysis, buyer psychology, and targeted marketing strategies designed to attract the right buyers and maximize value for sellers.
In addition, I am a multi year Top Producer and Circle of Excellence Silver Tier award recipient, which reflects both consistent results and a commitment to ongoing education. I stay up to date on market trends, contract changes, and best practices so my clients receive accurate and current guidance.
Most importantly, my approach is rooted in education and service. I take the time to explain the process, answer questions, and make sure my clients feel confident and supported from start to finish.

Very professional and completely on top of all the details of our recent home sale. They even found a buyer BEFORE we officially listed it. Their network of associates is fabulous and they took us through every part of the process on an extremely difficult piece of property. I recommend Danny and Danielle to everyone!
