The best and first thing to do is to talk to a lender. They will walk you through all the of costs involved with getting a loan and what goes into a loan payment. They are so critical to the process and it does not make sense to wait until after you started your search, it may be too late when you find THE home. I have a few wonderful lenders who have never let my clients down in all the years working with them.

You usually don't need to spend a ton of money to get the house looking really appealing to a new buyer. A coat of paint and decluttering can do wonders.

I have worked with all sorts of clients, first time buyers, first time sellers, people moving out of state, estate sales, VA buyers, buyers using assistance programs, sellers who are behind on mortgage, people who need a bigger home, people who need to downsize.

My first time home buyer was young and trying to prove to everyone that she could do it on her own. I loved that she was determined and she has told me many times through the years later that she always appreciated that I treated her kindly, patiently and fully supported her dream. We stayed in touch and friends. We just sold that house for her a few years later, as she was starting towards her journey in a different part of the country.

It started as a way to get back into the working world after having my kids as a friend did a few years earlier. It was supposed to be something I did part time and for a little extra money. I quickly realized that Part Time Realtors do not necessarily do their clients justice and I dove right in acquiring designations and a extra learning opportunities and developing a group of professionals in many fields to help client's needs. I have since put a lot of effort into my marketing program, my networking, knowing my markets and the ups and downs of real estate transactions

I have my Master's Degree in Accounting. I feel like one of the more confusing aspects of the buy or sell process is making sure the client understands what is going on with the money. I have a strong understanding of debit, credit, rates, etc. that sometimes can confuse others. I provide thorough net sheets and can analyze the data of homes on the market to help my clients get the most for their home sale or pay the best price for their purchase.
