We had a wonderful experience working with Danielle to purchase our dream home in Pollock Pines. When we identified the property we wanted to make an offer on she worked closely with our lender to make sure we had a strong offer to submit right away. Once we were in contract she was always available to assist us with any questions we had every step of the way. Danielle also had great recommendations for local inspectors and information on getting fire insurance set up which was very helpful for us too. Since she's locally based she has lots of knowledge of the area which was key for us since we were moving from Sacramento. During escrow she was always providing timely updates for us and relaying questions we had to the seller as well.
