Dan is an amazing person, who is confident and very knowledgeable in his career as a Realtor. The first impression was very upbeat and confident he could sell our house in a short period of time. Well he did just that, we were amazed how fast the house sold, and for more than the asking price. If I know of anyone who is selling their home, I would definitely refer Dan for the job. We wish him and his wonderful wife Nicole much success in their future endeavors.

We had a great experience with Dan and Nicole right from the start. He was the first to contact us when we posted looking for Realtors in our area and came to meet with us in a day or so after talking to him to make an assessment of our house to arrive at a satisfactory selling price. He came prepared with comps and a list of recent homes that sold in our HOA community to help arrive at a suggested selling price that matched our own thinking exactly. Our home sold in 30 days after sufficient showings and an open house that resulted in two offers for the same amount a little lower than our asking price. We closed in one month and then closed on our new home in NC the following week. Dan and Nicole worked tirelessly to sell our home communicating with us frequently as if we were their only client.
