In our search for a realtor to purchase our new home in Palm Coast we thankfully came across Daniel Wieland. Being 4 hours away we expected challenges. Our first interaction with him gave us a sense of peace. His calm demeanor and attentive approach led us to our dream home on our first visit! He listened to our wants and needs and zeroed in on several properties for us to visit on a short trip to town. When we walked into the last house of the day we both said This is home. The purchase process was easy and low stress. His generous offering to visit the property to review a couple minor punchlist items for us was accompanied by a video walk-through, saving us a trip. We highly recommend Daniel and plan to work with him again in the future when needed.

I would highly recommend Daniel. He has done in the span of just a few weeks what 3 other realtors did not and could do in a few months.
