Danny was a pleasure to work with! He knows the area very well and has so many connections. He is knowledgeable, professional and responsive. He helped us find a place and close in record time! Often went out of his well to do things for us such as meet us on Sundays, find property lines, or set up a lock box even after we closed. Don't let his laid back persona fool you- he is a go getter! Danny was very knowledgeable of the Clemson area as we looked for student housing options. He was very familiar with the different complexes and pros and cons of each. He was always very responsive, any time of the day, even as negotiations went back and forth multiple times. Danny has even followed up on a few remaining items after the close of the sale.
