Daniel Rosenberg was an outstanding real estate agent for selling my house. Within days of listing the property we had a couple of good offers on the house. He also sensitively and successfully negotiated a fair move out plan with my tenants living there that allowed adequate time to prepare for moving. Daniel Rosenberg, at Rosenberg / Realty One Group in Las Vegas is a class act realtor. I came into this market at a challenging time needing a house in a short order of time and with very specific needs in what sort of house would suit me. I probably was not the ideal client, but Daniel was very accommodating, listening to my description of the ideal house and location. He asked the right questions that helped me prioritize conflicting desires in order to narrow down the selection criteria to those that mattered most. In a surprisingly short period of time he came to understand what sort of house and location would work best for me, and would personally call my attention to houses he thought might be particularly well-suited. He was usually right. He went over and beyond showing and responding to inquiries in several key interactions, using his connections and knowledge of the market to get quick, decisive answers or suggestions that helped steer me away from potentially bad decisions, but ultimately led to showing the house I bought; and all this within the target time horizon I had imagined.
