With 15 years experience in data management and over 200 real estate transactions my passion for this business shows up in all areas of my work. Developing relationships through the home buying and selling process is a unique experience that lasts far longer than one transaction. When you are making one of the largest financial decisions of your life, you need a trusted resource on your team every time. Providing the help you need with integrity and professionalism is my job. Building a relationship with my clients is my passion. This is why 77% of my business comes from repeat clients and their referrals. As a full time agent, my priority is making the buying and selling process as easy and comfortable for my clients as possible. Transacting real estate often is a stressful process no matter the outcome. My job is to ensure you are not overwhelmed. A few ways I am able to achieve this goal is with constant communication, understanding, patience and consideration to your specific desires and budget. My job has not been completed unless we get you to the closing table. My wife and I were both raised in N. Idaho and can't imagine living anywhere else. We love where we live, work and play and enjoy sharing it with others who appreciate it as well. Whether we are hiking, biking, camping or swimming we are always outside taking advantage of what the PNW has to offer.

We gave Daniel quite a task. We s gave him a list of the project needs and he was on target with our concept. We flew up to meet with him and then toured a ton of possibilities. In one day we looked at possibilities that met our concept in both Idaho and Washington state. He was definitely up to the task and found the exact home that met our goals. This was just the start. He worked with one agent in Los Angeles and one in Nevada along with a 1031 exchange company to coordinate the selling of two homes to be able to purchase the one in Coeur D'Alene. There were a lot of dead lines that had to be met in order to make this transaction happen. I am happy to say that he stayed on top of each one to the finish line. We couldn't have picked a better agent to get this task done. In 60 days we evicted two sets of tenant's, sold two homes and made the purchase of our dream home through the 1031 exchange process. One hiccup in any part of the process would have killed the deal. We made the right choice in choosing Daniel and look forward to securing him for our next project.
