"We can't begin to express the depth of our gratitude to Dan Patterson and Lacie Courage for their phenomenal assistance to us in purchasing property on which to build a new home and with the sale of our beloved home of 32 years. Dan's focus on, and commitment to customer satisfaction and making the daunting process of selling a home as easy and seamless as possible is unparalleled. He is a whirlwind of enthusiasm and boundless energy and worked tirelessly to get our home ready to put on the market and threw himself right into helping us pack up and store excess furniture and "stuff." Lacie's eye for design proved invaluable as they worked as a tightly-knit, super-efficient team to rearrange furniture, artwork, etc., making our home more open and attractive than we could have imagined!! Both Dan and Lacie have extraordinary communication skills.
