Daniel was fantastic to work with during my home search. He knows the Salt Lake City market really well and helped me focus on the neighborhoods and homes that actually fit what I was looking for. He asked the right questions so I could figure out what really mattered to me in a house, which made the process a lot less overwhelming. He was also super responsive and willing to walk through houses with me whenever it fit my schedule. Our house sold very quickly and above asking price and I'm certain that Daniel's negotiation skills and advice got us as much value as possible from the sale. His communication was clear and timely and his advice in navigating the multiple offers we received was invaluable. We had moved out of state before the sale and it made things go so much smoother to have him available to meet the stagers for a walkthrough, arrange the photography, and make sure that we had the house ready to go and listed on a nice weekend to optimize traffic. I would definitely use Daniel again if we buy or sell a home in Utah again and will be recommending him to my friends and family.
