About Daniel O'Leary

Daniel was "born with real estate in his veins." A product of Boston's North Shore, he spent many weekends and school vacations working for the family business--a local company focused on high-end residential real estate development. After graduating from Boston University in 2008 with a Bachelors in Hospitality, Daniel spent time working in fine-dining for Barbara Lynch Gruppo while starting his real estate career. His goal is to combine hospitality with real estate, anticipating the needs of his clients and treating those needs as if they were his own. He is consistently on top of new listings to the luxury market, with an eye for great values and investment opportunities. I was introduced to Paul after a disappointing experience with another realtor unrelated to the Coleman group. I'm 9 months pregnant and have two properties that need to be rented for move-in on my due date, so I was super stressed upon initially reaching out to Paul. I was SO relieved to find out that I truly had nothing to worry about. Our experience with Paul could not have gone better. He is extremely responsive, hard-working and detail-oriented, and never once did I feel worried that our condo would not rent. I was having trouble finding an apartment to rent online, lots of people were giving me the run around or just not returning any messages or calls. I felt like I was never going to find a new home! Thankfully I reached out to Paul and after filling out a simple questionnaire he knew exactly what I was looking for and started finding me listings. He made it so easy to pick which listings I wanted to check out and he scheduled visits to happen all on the same day and he knew which would be perfect for me. We fell in love with the first place he showed us and we told him that evening that we wanted it. We wanted to negotiate move in dates and he was able to help us with that and we were ready to go! He made the application and lease signing a breeze with online forms and we had the keys to the apartment before we knew it! I cant thank Paul enough for helping us find our perfect home so quickly and easily! I highly recommend using his expertise and when its time for us to move or think about buying - I will definitely be calling Paul!
