Weve worked with Danny Montano for two home purchases and also to rent out our rental property and had a great experience every time. Daniel was exceptional from start to finish. Even as a busy family man, he was always available to guide us and had the ball rolling throughout this listing process. Tuesday, Daniel came to our condo and discussed what the selling process would look like. Wednesday, he scheduled his photographer to come take photos. Thursday, he listed our property. Friday, we had back to back showings for about a week and received multiple offers. Even before we accepted above-asking cash offer, he was able to negotiate more.
