ZillowVERIFIEDDaniel negotiated a great deal with a local university to buy my home. When they tried to challenge his knowledge of the real estate business, he proved them very wrong! We settled on a very fair market value for our house. Daniel has also been working with a developer who will be building our new home. He has been great at returning phone calls and making it to our meetings. He's been around this business for most of his life so don't let his young looks fool you! He's very knowledgeable and very good at smoothing out tense moments.
