Daniel loza

Attorney Daniel Loza, earned his J.D. at Belgrano University in Argentina. Later he immigrated to the US where received his Masters Degree in Law at Temple University, Pennsylvania and developed a real estate practice. He dedicated his professional career in real estate, as an attorney, a broker and an investor. As an attorney he focus in protecting foreclosed clients, as a broker he has worked for over a decade at Remax International, and as an investor he was involved with several international projects. In addition to the above, Attorney Loza, serves as a Mediator for the Bucks County Association of Realtors and the Bucks Court of Common Pleas within the Foreclosure Prevention Program, and President of "Casa Argentina en Philadelphia, NPO", Our organization works together with Argentinean Embassy and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania to help immigrant community in the region and Leader of Argentines in Philadelphia. Due to his professional career and involvement with a community, he is frequently invited as a TV columnist in several local broadcasting companies such as ABC Channel 6, NBC, Univision, Telemundo and Chanel 69; in several local newspapers such as AL DIA, EL SOL and IMPACTO; and radio stations as LA MEGA. Further, often asked to discuss matters related to Real Estate, Law and Community Services towards the Latin American Community. Chair of the yearly event "Gala Argentina en Philadelphia" for our Non-Profit Organization. This Gala is one of the best Latino Events in the entire Region. During our last event we proudly had 400 invitees: ambassadors, politicians, media, and local business owners. Have been recognized twice as one of "The Most Influential Latinos" in the Delaware Valley. I got recognitions from Governor of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Wolf, several Mayors City of Philadelphia, Commonwealth of PA, General Assembly of State of New Jersey, Vatican City and many others.
