Daniel was an angel sent from heaven. He was very honest about everything no matter how difficult it was. He was so dedicated I felt like I knew him forever...and its so easy to get in touch with him. He's very prompt and quick to follow thru no matter how early or late you contact him.I was quite comfortable with all his recommendations. He was with me step by step and closing went without a hitch. He was so meticulous and with his constant communication to the title company, the date slated for closing didn't change. Everything went like clockwork, and of course he was right there by my side explaining all my questions in detail before I signed anything. The best decision I made was to use Daniel as my realtor.
