Stop searching for a realtor and contact Dan! I highly recommend choosing Dan, he was our realtor for both selling our home and buying our forever home. He is extremely knowledgeable about the market trends, and he has a background in construction, so he will inspect every home you walk into with a close eye. If my husband and I were very interested in a house, he would go into crawl spaces and attics without hesitation, and make sure the home was worth pursuing. He was quick with communicating with agents on the other side to scope out the prospects of putting bids on houses and would negotiate appropriately to put our bid forward as a strong one. We trusted him with every step along the way and have had a smooth and stress free experience on both sides, knowing we were in good hands. Todays market is a stressful one to get into, and I would highly recommend you make Dan as your realtor to guide you through all the hurdles you may face. He never gave up on finding us the home we envisioned, would be super flexible in showing homes no matter what time or day of the week, and would work late hours to get our bids in due to the fast pace this market currently is in. He is strategic and knowledgeable in pricing and agenda if selling, and will make sure you choose the best offer that you can not only profit from, but also make it to the closing table with no issues. Dan helped me find my first home back in 2015 so when my boyfriend and I decided to start looking for a house, there was no question who we were going to call. Dan is the most genuine, knowledgeable, thorough, and professional realtor and working with him is a real pleasure. Before we found our home we must have seen 20+ houses over 9 months. Dan always made himself available for appointments and no matter how busy he was, we always felt like his number one client. Dan genuinely cares about what you are looking for in a home and will not let you settle, even when things get frustrating and seem impossible. He approaches each house with a critical eye and almost performs a mini inspection that you would hire a professional to do. If there is a crawl space he is going in, if there is a deck post he is digging for the concrete footing. He is extremely thorough and knowledgeble about home construction which armed us with valuable information so we could make informed decisions about whether to pursue a house or not.Dan works equally as hard during the closing process too. He is proactive and extremely responsive to make sure all parties stay on track for a timely closing. We ran into a few obstacles during our closing and Dan was there to guide us through them. For example, we had issues with our lawyers responsiveness early on and he recommended a lawyer who turned out to be amazing. He also recommended a title company who was equally great. Because of this great team, we were able to close within 46 days, just one day late. We were just super impressed with the whole experience, especially having no delays during this crazy pandemic. Overall, Dans experience and love for real estate makes him one of the best realtors out there. There is no doubt we will work with him again on future home purchases.
