ZillowVERIFIEDDan was the first agent to listen to what I needed in a house financially. The house I ended up buying was exactly what I wanted. 2 bed 2 bath with a low HOA. One major relief was being able to know things would be taken care of. I was scheduled to take a two week vacation to Europe prior to finding the home. The closing date happened to fall on the week I returned home. Dan stepped up and knocked out a lot of the paper work in a timely manner prior to the trip. I was only required to sign one document via internet on my trip. What a relief knowing that was all I had to do, and I could actually be on vacation. Dan is a great communicator and knows how to listen.
