Colleen is a very dynamic, eager and talented professional with a willingness to do whatever is needed. We contacted her many times with questions and she answered her phone every time and guided us through the issue. When there was a question with obtaining insurance and signing up for utilities, she was the person who provided the needed information. Buying a property can be a stressful situation but Colleen is fun to work with and keeps things light. We called her on a Saturday night and to our surprise, she answered her phone. She is hungry to do well, which benefits her clients.

I am so glad that someone referred Collen to me. I needed to sell my parents shore house long distance. Colleen was always responsive to my calls and texts.
