Right away, he gave me a buyers packet that broke down the steps to purchasing a home. Dan walked me through the steps from step one to closing - he actually took time with me. The coolest part was the packet include questions to ask a lender and what to expect during inspection. Questions I would have never guest to ask. He listen to what I was looking for. He steered me in a direction of homes that were good matches. He pointed out things on the home I never would have noticed. He was working for me.... not for him! Dan Henry was highly referred to me by my daughter where he was the buyer s agent. We worked with him as a seller s agent.
