My name is Daniel Haney and I am a Real Estate Broker in Tennessee and Alabama. Since I am licensed in 2 states I will be able to market your property in both states to give you the most out of your real estate experience. I will be able to also help someone find a home in either state. Some of the services I provide are listing and selling homes, commercial property, and land. I also handle property management for homes and businesses. I am very involved in the community. I am on the board of the Southern Middle TN Association of Realtors, I am President of the Pulaski TN Exchange Club, I am a commissioner with the Pulaski TN Housing Authority, and I am also involved as a board member of the Pulaski TN Boys and Girls Club. I accidentally stumbled upon Haney Mang after a realitor, Joey Pitts of DoubleOak Reality wrote on his website he was associated with Haney Mngt. As I got frustrated with Mr Pitts, I called Haney properties. These are absolutely the kindest and helpful people. Even though I dont live in an area they serve, they took time to go above and beyond to figure out why Mr Pitts advertised he was associated with Haney Mngt, which he isnt. If I were in the areas Haneys Realitor serves, I would 100% use them

I haven't always had the best experience with realtors but this home sell changed my outlook! Daniel did an amazing job. He partnered with me to sell my home for the best price quickly. My home was on the market 2 days with 2 offers. He helped make staging and pricing suggestions, kept in constant communication but did not take too much of my time, and then handled everything when I had to move for work!
