I have a keen sense of the local market and know property values, appreciation of the market, and how to gain the best exposure for your property. Every success I have ever had in life is because of a Relationship. Since I was 12 years old, I began working in the Real Estate Business for my grandfather. Whether I was mowing yards, painting apartments, performing maintenance on rental property, or helping someone buy their very first home, I have grown up in this business, and the one common thing that still ignites my passion for this profession is the relationships that it brings to me. This is a PEOPLE business, and the privilege of helping families purchase or sell their largest personal asset is humbling and extremely rewarding. I am a 3rd generation REALTOR. I have a Bachelors degree in Real Estate/Finance from the University of Arkansas. This has been my full time profession for 20+ years. I understand what it takes to thrive in this business. My clients view me as a trusted consultant able to navigate them through even the most difficult of circumstances. I am married to the most beautiful girl in the world. Amy and I have two boys, Ethan & Seth that keep us on our toes at all times. We live in Jacksonville and enjoy watching our boys play baseball & football.
