Dan was incredibly helpful and was the only realtor we dealt with that seemed like he wanted what was best for us while a lot of others seemed to just want to make a deal happen. Cant stress enough how much easier he made this process for us. On top of being so reliable they let their clients use a free moving truck which was incredibly helpful. The fear of selling one home to buy another overwhelmed me. Dan Reassured me that he would walk us through the process. .. he certainly did!!! My home sold in a weekend open house, that was not the issue, it was finding a home that was not easy in today's market and inventory issues.. He Had Courtney Gouveia work with us and in 2 weeks we found a home we loved, put in an offer, it was accepted and we were moved closed, and moved in a month later.
